U Can Turn It Around founder Antwan McHenry recently returned to Chicago Public Schools after taking a brief break and working in the healthcare field for 2.5 years. He stated, “Being back in the educational system reminded me that we need to continue the work of sharing positive images and experiences.” The youth are constantly bombarded with negativity and many times take part in recycling negative imagery. Many individuals are quick to take photos and videos of negative and violent acts to share online in hopes of going viral.
